Business Improvement Programme
This service is designed to improve your business by identifying the key and documenting key processes within it. Whilst documenting these processes and organizing the business problems will be identified and solved.
The service is split into two levels to avoid to much change all at once.
Level 1.
1.Produce an Organisation Chart for the business
2.Identify the key roles in the business
3.Identify the Sales process in the business
4.Produce a Sales Process Map from customer enquiry through to service delivery and after sales
5.Produce key forms required in the business
6.Advice on streamlining the processes identified
7.Identifying and produce a report on any opportunity to improve the business along the way. Items
identified in the past when implementing this process includes: How to handle sales calls effectively,
how to follow up quotes, how to present company in the best light on quotes.
Delivery:
This will involve 1 day fact find with key personnel to enable key documents to be produced followed by a ½ day review and amendment and finally a ½ day presentation.
Level 2
6.Produce Job Descriptions for each person
7.Provide and tailor contracts of employment for each person
8.Produce template staff handbook outlining the businesses policies
9.Produce detail guidance on how to undertake sales process enquiry through to post sales
10.Produce and report on financial controls in the business
Delivery:
This will involve 2 day fact find with key personnel to enable key documents to be produced followed by a 1 day review and amendment and finally a half day presentation.
