Accsys Business Advice

The one page planning process

What is the one page process?

The one page process is a way of identifying your businesses needs and producing an action plan to help you implement change. It starts with a questionnaire that allows the ACCSYS business adviser to gain an understanding of your business and produce an action plan specific to your business and its problems.

The Key business areas covered are:

•An Introduction to Planning

•Sales and Marketing

•Financial

•Organisation

The introductory free one page business plan allows you set some specific action points for your business at no cost to you. You can then implement this yourself or seek the help of your ACCSYS business adviser.

Once you have implemented all the points from the introductory action plan you can choose to target a more specific area of your business.

How the process works!

The process works via a one to one meeting at no cost to you to run through the introductory questionnaire, this focuses on four areas:

1.Your goals for your business

2.How your business is organized

3.Your financial and accountancy situation

4.Your sales and marketing strategy

Once this FREE introductory session is complete your advisor will produce your Action Plan for you to keep, put on the wall and tick off as points once completed. The action plan will focus your mind on exactly what you need to do in order to start making the changes your business needs.

So why is it FREE!

You may get business advice from many areas but how many advisers actually take the time to get to know your business. We believe that unless we come and see you and see the problems you are facing we will never be able to give you tailored advice. This is why the introduction is FREE so we can come and meet you and get to know your business.

A case study

A client recently completed a one page introduction plan and from it we identified two major weaknesses in the business. The first was a lack of financial control which was the result of poor advice and poor implementation of a Sage Accounts package. The second was a lack of a proper filing and organisation system.

The Plan

After the meeting the action plan was produced which outlined all of the issues and gave some guidance to the client how to rectify the organisational problems.

The Sage problems identified needed some extra work from one of our accountants but this was also rectified successfully.

Finally the client realized that she had been overcharged by her accountant and signed up for the ACCSYS fixed fee accountancy service and saved over a £1000 on her accounts and tax advice.

Accsys Business Advisers have revolutionized our business they have helped us with Pricing, systems and organisation. We also attended a full day planning session that changed the way we looked at the business and they do the accounts too.
