The process works via a series of one to one meetings with you at which we work on your business, the sessions revolve around the business strategy questionnaires that focus on a variety of areas:

The Business Review programme is available at two levels:
The BRP - A great start using a short taster session you can ease yourself into the programme
The BRP Plus - A full day session working on your business
A case study
A client recently completed The BSP and from it we identified two major weaknesses in the business. The first was a lack of financial control which was the result of poor advice and poor implementation of a Sage Accounts package. The second was a lack of a proper filing and organisation system.
The Plan
After the meeting the action plan was produced which outlined all of the issues and gave some guidance to the client how to rectify the organisational problems.
The Sage problems identified needed some extra work from one of our accountants but this was also rectified successfully.
Finally the client realized that she had been overcharged by her accountant and signed up for the ACCSYS fixed fee accountancy service and saved over a £1000 on her accounts and tax advice.
