The Business Review Programme
The Business Review Programme has been designed to help you take some time out of your business and spend some time analysing what it is you are truing to achieve with it. What makes the business good now and what you can do to improve it in the future.
This planning day is designed to take you out of your business for just 1 day to help you focus and work on it rather than it.
The Business Review Programme aims to produce an action plan that will:
•Help make your business more valuable and easier to sell
•Identify problems in your business
•Overcome the problems in your business
•Help grow you your business in a controlled way
•Give you a bigger picture view of your current situation
Delivery:
This will involve 1 day away from your business spent focussing on it. Using our specifically designed programme we will run through the key elements that make a business successful and benchmark your business against these.
You will be asked some soul searching questions to produce a plan of action for your business. This action plan once implemented will guide you towards business success.

Business Process Mapping (BPR)
BPR is the process of recording all the processes in the business in order to streamline them and make the company more efficient. By doing this a business can acheive several goals including:
1. Highlight problems that occur, there reason and put in place steps to avoid them
2. Release the owners from the business by reviewing what they actually do, documenting it and
then delegating with confidence.
3. Prepare the business for sale by streamlining and documenting processes
4. Set the business up to franchise. A recent example is how we helped take a local business
national by mapping processes and then setting branches up in Cumbria and Devon.
Every Business has processes and systems set up to do things but they probably haven't been documented or thought about and have developed reactively to problems as they occur. This is the natural way in business but a time comes when a business simply cannot grow in this way.
Assuming you have enough work to grow then at some point the business will falter because of this ad-hoc approach or because the business simply relies on you, the owner too much.
By undertaking business process mapping a business can take that next step in its growth cycle.
