The Companies ACT 2006 - Key Changes
Key Changes you should be aware of:
1. Directors Addresses will be protected from disclosure. From 1st Oct you will be able to change the director’s service address to the registered office effectively removing you personal address from the company listings.
2. the deadline for filing company accounts is one month shorter. This affects companies with year ends beginning after April 2008.
3. There is no need to:
•Have a separate company secretary.
•Hold an AGM
•Have unanimous votes for resolutions
•Get a court order for capital reductions
