Creating a Vision and Plan – 1/2 day
Having a Vision and a plan for your business is essential if you want to build a better business. A clear and realistic vision keeps your business in the direction you want it to go and, when communicated, it keeps your team focussed on the future. Enabling you to plan to achieve your goals.
During this ½ day workshop we will support you in the development of your Vision, then give you the tools to carry out a gap analysis, enabling you to create a high-level business plan that you can share with your team when you return back to your work.
