We supplied Xero Conversion and Training for Exhibition and Graphic Design Company, Vivid Pixel, based in East Peckham, Kent who needed to save time and take control of their business by having access to the right numbers.
Being designers, Leigh and his colleagues found the logic behind their old clunky, out-dated and time-consuming old accounting system confusing, which is why we suggested they switch to the more user-friendly XERO and receive Xero training to get the most from their new system.
Xero allows you to automatically import your bank statement data, reconcile your data simply and quickly, and most importantly, gives you a real-time accurate view of the health of your business.
Xero is much more user focussed than their old system and makes the numbers jump out.
Having worked with Will for 9 years+ (and all subsequent staff as Accsys has grown) I can heartily recommend them. HMRC, Payroll, Pensions, VAT and business advice/expertise. They explain everything so well and are always available with the answers when we call.
