Last week our team at Accsys accountants Limited decided to push our boundaries and head to Go APE!
This was a great day for all the team to bond and allowed us to communicate with each other as well as support one another. This consisted of a variety of different levels in the trees and the difficulty of the course getting harder, meaning that we needed to work together to get through the course.
Go Ape or any other unique team bonding activity, is a great way to get your colleagues out of the stuffy office environment and allowing them to have fun and come together to better their communication skills.
Team building games, exercise and activities help build teams, develop employee motivation and improve communication. This is a really good tool to use in your business to give your employees that boost and push them outside their comfort zone.
